Cielo Club is Agua de Cielo's rewards program, our way of giving back to the customers who keep coming back. Signing up takes seconds. Just create your account here and you'll earn points simply for joining.

Not a thing. Cielo Club is completely free. It's our way of saying thank you for being part of the Agua de Cielo community.

There are lots of ways, including creating an account, making purchases, following us on social, and leaving reviews. The more you engage, the more you earn, and the higher your tier climbs, unlocking even better perks along the way. Head to the Ways to Earn section to see them all.

Log in to your rewards dashboard, go to Ways to Redeem, and pick the reward you want. You can copy the code to use at checkout, or apply your points directly from the dropdown in your cart (you'll need to be logged in to see your redeemable balance). A few notes: you'll need at least 250 points to start redeeming, rewards can't be combined with other codes, and a minimum purchase may apply.

Just log in. Your balance shows at the top of the page, and you can always view the full breakdown on your Cielo Club rewards page.

Points expire after 12 of inactivity, so be sure to use them before then. We'll send reminders so nothing slips away.

Cielo Club rewards can't be stacked with other promotions or discount codes. Only one offer applies per order.

If you return an item, the points you earned on it will be removed from your account. If you used points on that order, they'll be added right back so you don't lose them.

Yes, subscription orders earn points just like any other purchase.

On your birthday! Your birthday points are added automatically, either 250, 350, or 500 depending on your tier. One note: if your birthday falls within 30 days of the date you entered it, your points may be held for about 30 days as a fraud protection measure, then released.

Points can't be applied to an order once it's placed, so be sure to redeem them before completing checkout.

Your tier is based on your spending over a rolling 12 month window. As long as you stay above your tier's threshold, you keep your status, and you'll move up automatically as soon as you cross the next one. If your trailing spend dips below your tier minimum, you'll have a 30 day grace period to requalify before moving down.

You can review as many different products as you like and earn points for each one.

Once you're logged in, your current tier is shown on your Account page.

Yes, Cielo Club is open to everyone. Just note that the free shipping perk applies to US orders only.

A few things can cause this. Double-check the email address for typos, since even a small error stops the referral from going through. Your friend's email may already be in our system if they've shopped with us or been referred before. You may also have hit the referral limit for now. And occasionally a technical hiccup is to blame. If everything looks right and it's still not working, reach out and we'll help.
