Orders
Once we fulfill your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You should be able to access the order status from the shipping company's website.

Yes! If the product has not been opened, you are free to exchange for another one and the difference will be applied.

Yes! For orders of $50+, we offer free shipping within the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. We hope to add more countries in the future as we grow :)
Deliveries
We offer international delivery to all countries where we are legally able to deliver to. If you're outside the United States, you will be in charge of paying import duties. Currently, we don't calculate these at checkout but there are tools online that can help you estimate these. You can review "Shipments sent DDU".
If you are in the Dominican Republic, please visit our local store for localized prices and shipping.
If you are in the European Union, please visit our EU store for better shipping options.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at time of order.

If the order has already been shipped, Agua de Cielo will not be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
