1. Apply to dry hair before washing. Divide hair into sections for easier application.
2. Apply from mid-lengths to ends, making sure to cover the driest or most damaged areas.
3. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes.
   For a deeper treatment, cover your hair with a thermal cap or a warm towel.
4. Rinse thoroughly and proceed with your usual washing routine using shampoo and mask.

Tip: Use it at least 4 hours before each wash and 1 to 2 times per week as a pre-wash treatment to maximize nutrition and protect hair during washing.
