The ampoules are a love not love situation. I don't like glass but I appreciate that it's not plastic lol and it makes this product seem high end. This is not an easy hair treatment, though. It's something you'd pay and spend time on so use this as if you were treating yourself to a spa day at home. Make sure you have an extra 30 minutes to wait on top of the time it takes to familiarize yourself with the instructions and prep work. That said, I have noticed an improvement in softness and shine. I'm only using one per week though but so far the few I've used have worked nicely.

They reduce frizziness and split ends, improve the condition of hair

This set includes five different types of hair treatment liquids, each designed to tackle a specific hair problem. The instructions indicate you have to mix them with a small amount of water first and then apply these to your hair after your shampoo. Then you rinse them out after waiting 20 minutes (except the Boost one, which you don’t rinse out). I have tried all of these now except the Boost one, and all four seemed the same to me, with the exception of the Bio Repair one (which contains keratin) – it improved my damaged hair the most. All of them reduced the frizziness and made my hair look smoother and feel softer.The big negative is that these come in small glass containers and you have to break the tops off of them. They caution you to wrap them in cloth prior to breaking so you don’t have glass shards coming off in your fingers, and it was easy to do this. The tops just snap off. But I still feel like these are accidents waiting to happen.
